1) St Martin will be hosting their 39th annual carnival / homecoming. The event
will be held on Friday Sept 15th from 5 to 11pm and Saturday September 16th
from 1 to 10:30 pm. The event will have rides, games, food, drinks and lots of
fun!

3) (added 5/3/08) St Martin will be hosting soccer and volleyball sign-ups on the following
dates June1, 2008 at 9am to 12pm, June 4, 2008 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and June 8,2008
from 9am to 12pm. All sign-ups will be held at the SM gym.

| 4) added 10/23/08 One final basketball sign up date will be held on Sunday November 2nd from 8 am to noon in the gym. |
5) (added 2/22/10) 1) If you have a child that has not yet signed up, or if you know of others that have not
yet signed up, they can come by the St Martin’s garage on Wednesday nights between 6pm and 8pm to sign
up. K through 8 grade welcome.
2) The March Association Meeting will be held on Thursday 3/11 in the school Gym. All baseball/softball
managers are required to attend since this is the night you will choose practice time. All Association members
are invited to attend. (Note - If your child is playing a sport for St Martin, you are an Association Member.)
Meeting will start at 7pm.
3) Spring Clean Up day for our baseball fields will be held on Saturday March 13th. We will be starting at
8am, but it is an all day event. We really need as many people as we can to come and help us clean up the
fields. If you have a child that is looking for service hours, this is a perfect opportunity. If you plan on
coming up to help, please bring a rake and wear gloves.

| 6) added 03/09/11 St. Martin will be holding a pitch, hit and run competition sponsored by Aquafina. The competition will be held on Saturday March 26th starting at 9am and will go until done. The competition is for kids age 7 to 14. Winners have the chance to advance on to 2nd round and could lead to performing at a Cardinals game. This is a nationwide competition put on by Major League Baseball. |
7) (added 3/09/11) Every Saturday night starting April 30th, St. Martin will be hosting open
coed softball and kickball games. There is no league and no need to sign up, just show
up and be ready to have some fun. It's time for the adults to have some fun.

| 8) added 12/05/11 St Martin will be hosting their annual tree lot under the pavilion by the ball fields. The lot is currently open and hours are Mon to Fri 5pm to 9pm --- Sat and Sunday 9am to 9pm. |
