1) PURPOSE OF THE NCCYC ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION -- To help boys and girls
become an ideal youth, firmly loyal to God, church, community, and country. The athletic
association with a sincere effort to promote good sportsmanship, respect for the rules
and self-discipline amongst the contestants.
2) There will be 1 lay representative from each parish.
3) The executive board will consist of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and an Assistant
Vice-Chairman. Each term will last for one year with the Assistant Vice-Chairman
becoming the Vice-Chairman and the Vice-Chairman becoming the Chairman and a new
Assistant Vice-Chairman will be announced as the new term begins.
4) 6 Parish Representatives must be present at each district meeting to render a valid
decision but 6 are not needed to just hold the meeting.
5) The following meetings are required by the constitution for each sport. Screening
meeting, roster review, scheduling committee, sports kick-off and chair meetings. For
